Bellring published the whole phase breakdown as a single image on 5 August. This is that image read out as text, with every entry carrying the confidence it actually has.
Official roadmap, Phase I panel — and the identification is no longer ours. Bellring published this panel uncaptioned, but DevNote #7 had already published the same figure twelve days earlier, in the same pose and holding the same barbed red blade, on a concept sheet placed directly beneath the paragraph naming the Soulgnawer. The panel is that sheet rendered. Bellring labelled it by placement; this site only noticed.
Phase I — live now, Soul Harvest included

Einherjar Mode: Mist Lord challenge unlocked
Opens with the client update Bellring dated to 6 August. The 1 August post adds that defeating this Mist Lord carries a higher chance of dropping Holy Weapons or Holy Forging Materials; no drop rate was published, so there is no number to quote.

Season tasks become available
The roadmap’s own wording: “A mysterious guest arrives at Windrest, bearing news that will lead Gyldhunters toward an unknown fate.” The 7 August notice added the timing — Season Tasks open with “next week’s client update” — and that update landed on 12 August. Whether the tasks opened with it is still unstated — the 12 August notes never print the phrase, naming “a new stage of the Fate Chart” instead — but they are live: the 19 August fix list corrects the text of “Objective 2 within Season Tasks”, which cannot be done to something unshipped. The season’s narrative frame is the Fate Chart, named in DevNote #7.

Season-exclusive content: Soul Harvest
Gather Soul Cocoons, challenge the Soulgnawer, and enter a new multiplayer showdown for exclusive Soul Harvest rewards. The 7 August notice pointed at “next week’s client update”; that update landed on 12 August and the event is live. Runs pay tokens, spent at the Mistchaser Shop — named on 15 August, three days after the event it belongs to shipped — on the Soulbound Serpent Crystal, a Holy Material Selection Chest, Moonlight Nectar and Soul Coins.
The ritual is contested. DevNote #7 tells you to watch for third-party ambushes while it is running.

Official roadmap, Phase II panel. Published uncaptioned, beside the entry naming the Nether Ferry skin.
Phase II — mid-season, September
Official · month only
Brandrgarde — Solo Mode
Shipped on 3 September 2026, Normal and Cataclysm difficulty both — four weeks after a confirmation that named the middle of Season 1 rather than a date. The announcement had named the cost itself: two more modes split the matchmaking queue and raise fresh class-balance problems in solo play, which it said it would evaluate before making further adjustments. The pass that landed with the mode is the first evidence of how that is handled — Blackarrow’s Steel Arrow cooldown was cut in both queues, by more in Trio than in Solo.

Season tasks fully unlocked
“As you venture deeper alongside the mysterious guest, a new crisis gradually surfaces.” Completing them earns the S1 Pip’s Rare Pouch and the Nether Ferry skin.

Phase III — announced, no date
Announced · undated
New monster: Golden Woodling
“A rare Woodling disguised as precious treasure; its golden radiance is as mysterious as it is deadly.” That sentence is the entire published record — no health, no spawn rule, no loot.
from: Roadmap and Launch Rewards: Wave 3, 5 Aug, Phase III panel
Random match event: Ancestor Tree
Break the Ancestor Tree’s seal to claim gifts from the ancient spirits. The 13 July dev update described it as a Hallowgrove-exclusive spawn that forces a contest-or-cash-out choice; the roadmap does not repeat the map restriction, so whether it stays Hallowgrove-only is open.
“Beware of rival Gyldhunters eyeing your prize” — the same contested-objective shape as Soul Harvest.

Season 2 teaser
“Fires of the Past await their rekindling.” Brand-new tasks uncover Season 2 clues and lock in early rewards.

Official roadmap, Season 2 panel. Published uncaptioned, beside the entry naming the Blackarrow javelin; DevNote #8 later published separate Javelin concept art but still no skill or stat sheet.
Season 2 — direction only
Announced · undated
New Blackarrow weapon: Javelin
A third weapon line for a class that already exists, rather than a seventh class. DevNote #8 says the Javelin is in full production and shows concept art; no skills, stances, stats or date have been published.

All-new season theme and exclusive gameplay
Unnamed in the announcement. Seasons were described in the July community AMA as running three to four months, which is the only timing signal published.

All-new season-exclusive progression system
Listed as separate from the Path of Glory ladder that shipped with Season 1. Nothing further was published, and the post closes by saying more seasonal content will be unveiled gradually.

Every entry is compressed from the 5 August “Roadmap and Launch Rewards: Wave 3” announcement and the official roadmap image published inside it, with the earlier official post named on any row where one adds context. Nothing here is a community estimate or a leak. Where the announcement gives no date, this page gives no date.

DevNote #8 — 20 August 2026 — Official — Bellring says over 1.5 million Gyldhunters have arrived, explains the Soul Harvest and Mistchaser Shop design goals, names upcoming balance targets for Shadowstrix, Sword and Shield Mercenary, Polearm & Shield Withered Knight, ranged classes, season tasks and server hiccups, publishes the seasonal-reset framework, and shows Blackarrow Javelin concept art. Where it says “future” or “upcoming”, this site treats it as direction rather than a shipped patch.
