Link your game account and Twitch on the page for your store region, watch any Drops-enabled stream, then claim manually in your Twitch inventory within 24 hours. Miss that claim and the reward is gone. Drops pay chests, materials and an avatar — never ciphers, whatever other guides tell you.
The part that goes wrong
Five steps, three systems
The event page links accounts. Twitch grants the reward. The game delivers it. Stopping after any one of them earns nothing, and the page you linked on does not tell you that.
- Sign in to your game account on the linking page for your store region.
- Sign in to Twitch on the same page and authorise the link.
- Watch a stream tagged Drops Enabled for the required time.
- Claim the reward in your Twitch Drops inventory — manually, within 24 hours.
- Log in to the game. It arrives in the character mailbox of the linked region; log out and back in if you were already playing.

Why yours did not arrive
The four traps, in the order they catch people
All four are stated on Bellring's own support FAQ and none of them appear in the coverage.
Rewards must be claimed manually in the Twitch Drops inventory within 24 hours, or they expire.
The linking page is region-specific. Use the page matching your game account's store region — global at mistfallhunter.com/twitchdrops, North America at the skystone.games address — not the region you are physically in.
Rewards arrive in the character mailbox of the linked account's region, so a character has to exist there.
The stream has to show Drops Enabled; watching an untagged Mistfall Hunter stream earns nothing.
The region one is the cruel one, because it fails silently and the intuition is wrong. Your linking page must match the store you bought the game in, not the country you are sitting in. Someone in North America who bought from the EU store has to use the global page. Link on the wrong one and you get a region mismatch, or worse, a reward delivered to a mailbox on a server where you have no character.

The four-hour chest is the only one worth planning around, and it is worth being clear-eyed about it: the Celestial Mistveil outfit is a 0.01% roll, and 84.99% of the time the chest pays 500 Gyldenblod. Four hours of background stream for a coin flip on materials is the honest description.
Deadlines
Two windows, not one
This reward set is not the programme. Drops run under the Gylden Rush umbrella to 26 August, so expect another campaign — with rewards nobody has announced yet.
Next deadline
Golden Cipher drop schedule closes in 14h 15m.
The last moment a Golden Cipher can enter your inventory from a chest, a monster or an envoy. Ciphers already banked are unaffected.

A window being open means creators may switch Bounty Mode on, not that one is in your lobby. Bounty Mode holds eight charges and regenerates one every thirty minutes, so even an active envoy is not marked continuously.
