The balance work is narrow — one Blackarrow nerf and two Withered Knight energy-cost cuts — and Bellring said plainly that a class left untouched is not a class it considers balanced, only one still under review. That sentence is why this update reads smaller than it is: it set the expectation that the real pass was still coming, and six days later it did.
Blackarrow, Steel Arrow: "Removed the impact effect from uncharged shots, and slightly reduced the impact of fully charged shots."
Withered Knight: "Slightly reduced the Energy Cost of" both Sprinting Slash and Withering Mark — the second energy pass the class had received.
Withered Knight fixes: skills catching on obstacles and launching you vertically, and casts cancelled by the Inspect action.
Crash and loss fixes: the PS/Xbox friends list crash, gem affixes crashing a match, and Hallowgrove's Gyldenmist dealing no damage.
Mercenary and Sorcerer got fixes only — a stray Sword and Shield auto-block, and Stardust unable to charge Meteor Charm under some conditions.
