In-game tooltip: turn and thrust the weapon upward. Can be charged to release as a forward dash striking twice. All heavy strikes execute Wither already applied to the target.

When to use it
The detonator. "All heavy strikes" is the important word — execution is not one button but a property of the attack type, which is why the Crime talent turning execution non-consuming converts the class into a loop.
