In-game tooltip: using the skill puts Blackarrow into Volley mode, holding the attack input to fire up to five arrows rapidly for a duration. Shooting during Volley does not reduce Movement Speed. Dodging removes Volley.

When to use it
Mandatory alongside Sky Piercer. The tooltip names the mode Volley and puts only dodging on the cancel list — full movement speed while firing is what makes it usable under pressure.
