In-game tooltip: storm-imbued rune arrowheads burst into air waves on hit, dealing Physical Damage to enemies within range and inflicting stagger. Fired at full draw, they also knock back enemies caught in the air waves.

When to use it
The knockback is conditional on a full draw — a detail neither launch-week source mentions, and the reason the two disagree on the arrow. Rated a trade-out by the class guide and a strong AoE interrupt by the class overview; at full draw the overview is closer.
