When to use it
Unconditional offensive baseline for the tested physical build. Worth stating that this figure survived a check: a 2025 playtest panel gives Lv5 as Attack +10% with 2.5% penetration, and a live panel captured on 5 August gives exactly the numbers this record already carried. The affix was rebalanced between the two, and the older table is not a correction.
