When to use it

Named part of a universal solo core alongside Vitality and Valor. Contested: the same affix was rated B tier in the June playtest, before the launch balance pass. The captured scale is what makes the Blackarrow argument concrete — a class missing a dodge is buying back a fifth of its dodge cost at level five, not an unquantified "faster dodge".

  Faster dodge energy. The stated logic is comparative: if you have it and your opponent does not, you simply dodge more often than they can for the whole fight.

  Maxed first, before anything offensive, and on blue gear rather than saved for purple. On a kit that dies to being reached, dodge frequency is the damage stat.
