When to use it
Named by a launch-week Shadowstrix guide as the trio swap and never documented on this site until now. The list of what counts is the useful half: Dodge Distance Reduction being a crowd-control debuff is what makes this an answer to Blackarrow’s Barbed Arrow rather than only to stuns.
