When to use it
Not previously in this catalogue at all, which is the point of recording it: a blocking build has an affix aimed straight at it and no launch-era source on this site has ever mentioned one. The Block Energy Cost half is the interesting claim, because that is what decides whether a shield holds through a full combo — worth checking first if anyone captures a live panel.
