Binding Rune
In-game tooltip: hold to aim and summon a Binding Rune at the target location. After a short delay it establishes connections with all enemies within range. Enemies connected by the Binding Rune are immobilised and cannot jump for a period when breaking free and leaving the area. Each successful binding of a player restores Psionic Energy to the Reverent.

When to use it
The no-jump clause is the part that matters in PvP: breaking free still leaves the target grounded, which is what turns a root into a kill window for the rest of the squad. The tooltip also gives the Reverent a reason to cast it beyond control — a successful bind on a player pays Psionic Energy back, so the crowd control funds the rest of the kit. No creator tier placement was captured with it.
