When to use it
The solo pick in the dual-blade slot that Crow Storm otherwise owns. Its enhancement is the recast: after casting Phantom Shift you can cast again to return to where you started, so a chaser either commits to your landing point and eats a free reset, or holds at the clone while you leave. Crow Storm stays better in trios.
Builds using this
- Shadowstrix bait-and-stun — Swanifier explains it at 00:30The solo pick in this slot. Crow Storm goes here in trios instead — and only if both of its talents come with it.
- Shadowstrix — Dagger PvP — Swanifier explains it at 00:30His solo pick for the third slot — with the recast talent it is an escape that forks: chase the clone or chase you, and either answer is wrong for them.
What the balance passes changed
- 2026-09-03 · CutWind-up duration increased. The skill still goes where it went; it announces itself for longer first.
- 2026-08-28 · CutThe speed boost now applies only while moving toward enemies, so the skill no longer shortens a disengage.
- 2026-08-12 · CutCooldown increased.
Direction is the patch note’s own word, not a verdict on whether the skill is now good. Patch notes and update history.
