Wind Surge
In-game tooltip: after using the skill, launch a high-pressure cyclone toward the crosshair direction, dealing Magic Damage and knocking back all enemies within range. Its Opportunist Strike talent stuns enemies hit by Wind Surge if they are hit again.

When to use it
The Reverent peel. It is aimed at the crosshair rather than placed like a rune, which makes it the one Catalyst answer to something already inside the backline. No creator tier placement was captured with it.
