Punishment Rune
In-game tooltip: hold to chant, then summon a Punishment Rune at the target location, continuously dealing Magic Damage to the enemy with the lowest Health within range. The Punishment Rune prioritises attacking enemy players and deals more Magic Damage to them. Punishment Rune is a Construct, more durable in trio mode.

When to use it
The solo pillar. Two clauses in the tooltip are doing more work than the damage number: it targets the lowest-Health enemy in range, so it finishes rather than spreads, and it explicitly prefers enemy players and hits them harder — a totem that is biased toward PvP by design. The source keeps it in solos and calls it optional in trios, where it still gets value against players.
