Seeker
In-game affix panel, launch build: hitting an enemy raises Movement Speed for 3 seconds — +1.5% per level to +4.5% at Lv3, then +4.5% stacking up to 2 times at Lv4 and +6% stacking up to 2 times at Lv5. The stacking, not the percentage, is what Lv4 buys.

When to use it
Shadowstrix dual-blade core: the speed is what keeps a target inside melee range once the opener lands. Both launch-week guides run it. One video’s captions render the name “Zeeker”; the other spells it Seeker, which is why it is recorded that way here.
Builds using this
- Shadowstrix — dual blades, wound explosion — Master Deemo explains it at 19:50Movement speed for footsie play and chasing. Explicitly conditional: replace it if you are not confident in your movement.
- Seer — Reverent catalyst, ranged support — LichKArthus explains it at 12:30Four, and optional rather than core. His argument against it is social rather than mathematical: in low gear you are matched against players who are not good enough for you to need it.
