Stardust Tempest
In-game tooltip: hold to chant, then summon a Stardust Tempest at the target location, dealing Magic Damage to enemies and reducing their Movement Speed for a period of time. The slow is a slow, not the lock-in-place this record previously described.

When to use it
Taken in solo as much for the space as the damage: opponents will not walk into it, which buys the cast time for a Meteor Charm.
Builds using this
- Sorcerer — Stardust, solo and trio — Reddalf explains it at 04:00Kept for its interaction with the Storm Impact talent: enemies dodging out of it get a smaller dodge, so they are easier to hit and burn more energy.
